     Hi Dennis, you have to edit google-plus-badge/google-plus-badge-functions.php and there is GPB_HeaderInit method, at 8 line you find rel=”publisher”.

     If you enable plugin and saved valid URL at setting, plugin should be visible at every page. If you have any other JS problem at your WordPress my plugin may not working.
